• "User" refers to any individual accessing or using our services, including students, instructors, and administrative staff.
• "Services" refer to driving course management, registration, fee payment, course progress tracking, and communication services provided via the website and app.

2. Account Registration

• Users must register on our platform by providing accurate and complete personal information, including full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• AMTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if false information is detected during registration.

3. Services Provided

• Course Enrollment: Users can enroll in various driving courses offered by AMTS based on availability.
• Class Scheduling: Students will receive details of their scheduled classes via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• Progress Tracking: Students can monitor their course progress through the app or website.
• Fee Payments: Students can make payments securely via integrated payment gateways.

4. Communication Policy

By registering with AMTS, you agree to receive the following communications:

• WhatsApp & SMS Alerts: Updates about course schedules, fee reminders, progress reports, and special announcements.
• Email Notifications: Class updates, fee payment receipts, and course completion certificates.
• Birthday Greetings: Personalized greetings on your birthday.

Users may opt out of marketing communications; however, essential service communications cannot be disabled.

5. Fee Payment and Refund Policy

• Fees must be paid either in full or in installments, as per the selected course plan.
• Payment methods include credit/debit cards, online banking, and third-party payment gateways integrated into our platform.
• Once paid, fees are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances as determined by AMTS management.
• Payment failure due to third-party gateway issues is not the responsibility of AMTS.

6. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to attend scheduled classes on time and follow the instructor's guidance.
• Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment, including abusive language or misconduct, will result in account suspension or termination.
• Misuse of the website or app, including unauthorized access or tampering, is strictly prohibited.

7. Platform Usage Guidelines

• Users must not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in our platform.
• Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of course material, including text, images, and videos, is prohibited.
• Users are responsible for keeping their devices secure and updated while accessing our services.

8. Data Privacy and Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

• AMTS will not be held responsible for delays or interruptions caused by technical failures, natural disasters, or third-party service providers.

• AMTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
• Users may request account deletion by contacting our support team.

• Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Republic of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Burdwan, West Bengal.
